Birthday Art Parties

Whether you are getting ready to celebrate your 3rd or 150th birthday, we offer a beautiful and festive space to celebrate your special day. Let us plan a unique and exciting art party to make your birthday truly unforgettable and will surprise you and your guests with one of our many favorite birthday party art projects. 

 

"Small Worlds" is suitable for ages 4 - 11. Each child will create their very own small world to take home. Choose from The Land of Fairies & Robots, The World of Dinosaurs, The Forests of Magical Animals, The Pirates' Ships & Mermaid Gardens. We will have a large paintable birthday cardboard cake and a sensory bin for the little ones.

"Paint Your Heart Out", another one of our favorites, is a "tried & true" creation of a unique painting along with your guests. This is suitable for ages 6-150, and you still get to decorate a large paintable birthday cardboard cake!

The Flow/Available Days & Times

Parties generally take place on Sunday from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm or from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm. If there are no classes on our schedule, we may be able to accommodate you and have a party on a different day. The art projects & activities are 2-hours long. Upon completion, you and your guests get to sit down to celebrate you, watch you open your presents and try some of your birthday cake. We allow 15 minutes of set up and clean up on either side of the 2 1/2 hour window.

Party Size

The maximum number of guests we can comfortable accommodate in the Studio By the library is 8 kids and 12 adults for Paint, Sip & Celebrate parties. Mobile parties: 16-20 participants

 

Cost 

Studio By The Library:

  • up to 5 participants: $275.00

  • up to 8 participants:  $325.00

Mobile Art Parties (Waynesville, Clyde, Maggie Valley, Canton, Sylva areas):

 The cost is $365 for up to 8 participants; $30.00 for each additional child (or adult) participant.

​

  • A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a party. The deposit is applied to the total party cost.

  • If you have a theme in mind and would like to us to transform our space, add $125.00

  • *Face Painting* is an add-on option. The cost is $75.00 for up to 8 participants; $7.50 for each additional participant

All art supplies and decorations that make our studio look festive and party - ready

 

You Supply: 

You supply your choice of cake, cupcakes, donuts + drinks, napkins, utensils, plates, & candles. Any *special* decorations  in addition to what we provide.
