Fundamentals of Drawing

Mondays 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Thursdays 10:00 am - 11:30 pm

A great place to start! Designed for both beginning and intermediate students, this class focuses on exploring some of the most fundamental elements of drawing: line, shape, value, form, perspective and composition. Through the study of still life objects students will solidify their ability to see like artists do and learn the basics of structural drawing: how to simplify complex shapes, gauge proportions and vertical/horizontal relationship, and convey the three dimensional depth on the page. No drop - ins: please, let us know you are coming.

Class size is limited to 6 students to allow the adequate physical distancing. Masks are a mandatory requirement.
